These terms govern your use of this website (baton.dudko.dev), including registration, license keys, and downloads. By using the site you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the site.
The software has its own licenses
Use of the Baton application is governed by the Baton License Agreement included with the application. Use of the npm packages and the worker container image is governed by the package license included with each of them. Where those licenses and this page overlap regarding the software, the licenses control. Commercial licensing beyond the terms they grant: siarhei@dudko.dev.
No redistribution
You may not redistribute, mirror, re-host, resell, sublicense, or otherwise make available to third parties anything obtained from this site — application builds, the worker image, the packages, or license keys — in whole or in part, modified or unmodified. Direct-linking build files for third parties to download is redistribution. License keys are personal and non-transferable.
Acceptable use
You may not: register addresses you do not control; automate registration or key issuance; probe, overload, or interfere with the site; or use it in violation of applicable law.
No warranty
THE SITE, THE SOFTWARE, THE KEYS, AND EVERYTHING ELSE PROVIDED HERE ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, OR UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION. YOU USE THEM AT YOUR OWN RISK.
Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE OPERATOR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, NOR FOR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, REVENUE, OR BUSINESS, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SITE OR ANYTHING OBTAINED THROUGH IT, UNDER ANY THEORY OF LIABILITY, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. THE OPERATOR'S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE USE OF THE SITE, WHICH IS ZERO. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN EXCLUSIONS; IN THOSE, THE EXCLUSIONS APPLY TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED.
Indemnity
You will indemnify and hold the operator harmless from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the site or the software.
Changes and termination
The terms may change; the effective date above moves when they do. Continued use after a change is acceptance. Access may be suspended or terminated for breach; the No warranty, Limitation of liability, and Indemnity sections survive.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Georgia — the country, Georgia (Sakartvelo), not the United States state — matching the software licenses, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
